  1. Ruben

I really appreciate your lecture today: practical advice for those who, like me, are entering the art world.

    Thanks for coming

  2. Phenomenal lecture Ruben! Thank-you for sharing your time, insight, and humor. I am currently helping my mom compile a book on the fashion illustrator Antonio Lopez, and she is going to write her next blog post on your statement that Art can bring about Healing. Also, I am notorious for setting prices too low for my photography work so it is good to hear that there is a way to really make some money :0)

  6. I was riveted by your photographs, and benefited greatly from your talk. “Try to make work that hits you hard” – that really stays with me.

Be nice, be proactive, be positive and yes you can be a bit naughty. Negativity, tackiness and insecurity will get you nowhere in the ART World!
