I finally got to see this show and highly recommend you to go and see it! The portraiture and other photography works of Mark Morrisroe, whose tumultuous, intense and brief  life was cut short by the AIDS epidemic left a very strong mark for others to emulate and follow.

Coincidentally, there is another exhibit of Mark Morrisroe works at The Artist Space running till May 1, 2011. http://www.artistsspace.org/present-exhbitions
