I was looking forward seeing this show so much . Phillip-Lorca diCorcia to me epitomizes one of the most exciting, fresh, cinematic and beautiful photography of the last 10 years. And to be honest the imagery was there, so was the style, color palette and great compositions. Even though the photographs are of a fashion editorial theme, they easily translate very well in to Fine Art Photography.
The only thing that was disappointing was that some of the photographs did NOT need to be so enlarged, so much to the point that looked grainy and the images will lost its luster. It is very unfortunate because, a 39 x 49 inches print and at an edition of 15 carrying a $30,000.00 price tag a lot has to be said and desired for its final product.
As an art student or fan of his photography is definately worth seeing, as a collector or potential buyer...take a real close look . You will not get what you paid for...

Be nice, be proactive, be positive and yes you can be a bit naughty. Negativity, tackiness and insecurity will get you nowhere in the ART World!
